At Refined Purity, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Merchandise in its original condition, with packaging and tags attached, is eligible for a return within 14 days of receipt of the order. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please email info@refinedpurity.com. Include your order number and full name to facilitate a quick response from our support team.
- Return Authorization: You must receive a Return Authorization from us before sending back any merchandise. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Return Deadline
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the return request to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
- Form of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment.
- Shipping Charges: Refined Purity is not responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges and duties from international orders are non-refundable.
